Sales and Return Policy

Our Guarantee:

If you are not entirely happy with a product you have purchased please contact us by phone on 09-309-7949 or email info@citiflora.com within 24 hours of receiving the flowers.
Please send photo proof and we will replace your flowers or give you a full refund. It is important that you contact us immediately so that we are able to assess the condition of the flowers.
This will be determined on a case by case basis at our complete discretion.
Please note that we are unable to accept liability where the wrong delivery address has been given due to customer error.

Return:

We will accept returns of non-perishable goods if they are incorrect or faulty; however we are not obliged to accept any goods for return where you have simply changed your mind. If you are not satisfied with any product purchases, please contact us to discuss the reason for requesting a return or exchange by email at info@citiflora.com or by phone on (09)3097949. Citi Flora cannot accept items for return if they have been damaged in the post; we take extreme care when packaging goods. We cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.

Refunds:

All refunds will be credited to the same credit or debit card that has been used to place an order.

Cancellation of Order:

Citi Flora cannot cancel any order that has already been made up. If the cancellation request is made prior to the order being made up Citi Flora will accept cancellation and provide full refund.

Currency:

All prices advertised on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
